Is there a way to get the focused document have a different background color?

I am using a dark mode in Rider. The focused tab has a bottom line and sometimes it's hard to quickly find which tab has the focus. I have to scan the tabs looking for it. I much prefer the focused tab to have a lot more contrast to spot it right away. Is there any way to make the focused tab be more visible? Like changing the background color of it?
