Generate menu does not work (it does nothing)

Searched for a solution but no one else seems to be experiencing this issue.
I have a fresh install of Rider on OSX. When I attempt to use Code -> Generate within the Explorer window, I get expected options but when I select any of them - nothing happens.

Okay so I was just doing stuff wrong. Instead of trying to use the "Generate" menu option, I switched it to "New in this Directory" and its working now
David Savage, at the current moment Generate dialog leads to nothing and all its functionality is covered by "New" menu. Generate action in Solution explorer will be disabled in the next release to get rid of confusion: RIDER-3876.
