Is there some way to make JetBrain more helpful such as autodeclare variables
I just started but it not as annoying as Visual Studio but not really impressed by its user friendliness for me as a code beginner. Doesn't offer Unity c# standard codes. I just typed in [Serializedfield] it didn't tell me if it was right.

Hello, could you please clarify what exactly was not working? Was there an issue with Intellisense? Was there something else you expected to see? Can you share a screenshot explaining what is happening?
The only response from Jetrider beyond a text editor was coloring int and private and the unintelligible right click menu. What Intellisense?
Suddenly it started doing things after I tried to change tooltips timing but didn't and changed some settings which didn't seem helpful ones. I can't find Intellisense in the settings.
Intellisense is code completion feature. Was project recognized as Unity's one, can you see small Unity icon on status bar saying Unity Editor connected?
