Sorry, where do I find "the new sample project"? I have invalidated the caches numerous times, btw, (usually when I've done large restructuring/refactoring, which tends to leave Riders caches in the tatters) but this behavior is pretty persistent. It's a paper cut level issue but one that makes coding slightly less pleasant. :-)
Could you please check what is the state of the File | Settings | Editor | General | Code Completion => Machine Learning-Assisted Completion option, change it, and check if this helps? Thanks!
