No response to any feedback I've provided during my evaluation period

I've sent feedback to the Rider team twice during my evaluation period and have yet to see any sort of response. 

It's a great product, but lack of response makes me a bit hesitant to pull the trigger on a license since I have no way of knowing if any of the issues I've identified are being addressed or even being considered.
