Rider cannot find VCToolChain.cs (and presumably other source files)

Find in Files cannot locate VCToolChain.cs: Visual Assist is able to find this file, which is located at Engine\Source\Programs\UnrealBuildTool\Platform\Windows\VCToolChain.cs.

No response to any feedback I've provided during my evaluation period
