"Execute the command to get the source-code" doesn't persist in Rider?
Look at this screenshot: 
The check "Trust ..." doesn't work, this window pops up every time I step into an external class.
I don't see anything in log (perhaps wrong log?) except downloading the file correctly (if I click ok)
Any thoughts?

Rider doesn't save the state of this checkbox by design. This dialog should always appear with this checkbox unchecked. Because of safe purposes, user should confirm that the mentioned command is safe to be executed. If you have this dialog appear again, it means that the template is different from any that were trusted earlier. Even a small difference causes this dialog to appear again.
Please, trust the first command, make a screenshot with full executable command visible, make this dialog to appear again and match the executable commands.
If you see they are completely equal, would you mind sharing Rider logs with us?
