change subscription from dotUltimate to Rider only
I wanted to know if when I change the subscription, it resets the years counter to obtain the subscription discount
For example: imagine that I currently pay 89 dollars for 3 years with the same subscription, if I change to the subscription that only contains Rider, I will have to pay the price of the first year or I will pay it with the discount based on the number of years I have been paying it?

There is no direct way to do this, but there is a workaround, so that the continuity discount is preserved.
