EAP version 2022.2 EAP9 build 222.3345.44 exhibits the exact same problem as current version of Rider: no option for showing Quick Documentation.

The option does show up when the shortcut and three-dots are clicked; however, even when selected no checkmark is ever added, i.e., Rider ignores the input. Also, I notice that I do not have the "S...
