Hi Alexandra Guk! Indeed it was turned on, and turning it off (and restarting Rider) worked, thanks a million!

Thanks for the feedback, Alexandra Guk! I just noticed that it's affected all the info pop-ups that should appear on hover, e.g. the name + shortcut when hovering over the left menu icons.

Same for me, running Ventura13.4.1 on an M1 Pro chip, started having problems when updated Rider to version 2023.1.3
