Thank you Dmitry. I reported it. For now I am able to use it via the previous version.

I am running into the same issue. GitHub shows that i was successfully logged in, but Rider shows Initializing checking Copilot Chat prerequisite and it gets stuck in that. Anyone has any workaroun...
