Thanks, but I have resolve it, I find that caused by the background task (Updating Index) is running forever, I delete JetBrains's caches folder and restart Rider, it's back to normal.

The same problem. JetBrains Rider 2022.1.2, cannot quit directly. Have you resolve it?
