Why? The runtime runs unit tests. The IDE doesn't care beyond pass/fail. Using xUnit and NSubstitue here.And good news, you'll can run the RC today, and the final in a few days.

Just use the RC for 2023.3. They're “days away” from release. I'm not even using that, in using the last point release with v8 without issue. I don't get the complaining at all.https://blog.jetbrai...

Bower packages on ASP.NET Core project

Admittedly, I haven't kept up with the changes in Core projects, but I opened an older one in Rider, and it doesn't restore Bower packages (Bootstrap and such) into the folder specified in .bowerrc...
