2019.2.2 Low Memory: The IDE is running low on memory.

Since I updated to 2019.2.2 I am constantly getting Low Memory warnings when debugging a dotnetcore / angular cli application in Rider. I even tried downgrading back to the previous version and still having the issues. I have since reinstalled 2019.2.2, but after about 5 minutes into a debug session, the IDE becomes completely unresponsive and I have to kill the process in the task manager. It's really having a huge impact at work. Everything was working great the previous week before I updated. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
