Hi Stefan! You could maximize the window and then select Window > Store Current Layout as Default. Generally, Rider remembers the size of the Window before closing.

It must be corrupted caches, please try "File -> Invalidate caches/Restart". We are already working on this, but if you have any stable repro, please let us now.
