This is a mandatory requirement for me(+ WPF+ Reporting) to purchase Rider.

I upgraded .NET core 1.1 from my machine to .NET Cor 2.0 and suddenly Rider is confused.It cannot detect .NET Core 2.0 installation.This is frustrating.

Code First approach is what most people use so it is better to go that way.With code first you have more control the Database First(your approach).
