After Confirm Exit Rider and wait 5 min CPU goes to 112 fro 165

One more hint. As I wrote this email I left Rider up as it was scorching my CPU. I did no compiling or running,.. Then finished email and then closed Rider and it confirms it launched the culprit B...

First things First: When I opened Rider up before All this happened. Rider added a new dialog "Would you llike to scan for solutions" I was surprised and said sure... That is where the trouble bega...
