How to collect ReSharperHost thread dumps

In order to collect Rider backend process (ReSharperHost) snapshot please use

 "Help -> Create Backend Thread Dump" action in Rider 2019.3.x or older versions

and

"Help | Diagnostic Tools | Collect Backend Thread Dump" action in Rider 2020.1+.
